Southwark Independent Voice (SIV) was created in 2019 by a group of Southwark parent volunteers of children/young people with SEND aged 0-25. Having previously struggled to access services and support we decided to come together to improve the pathway and outcomes for families of children/young people aged 0-25 with SEND in Southwark.
Coronavirus Covid-19 update
Due to the current threat of Coronavirus Covid-19 Southwark Independent Voice has made the difficult decision to suspend all work until further notice. As parents of vulnerable children we also need to keep safe and so are following government guidelines closely concerning social distancing.
We are aware that SIV is a lifeline for so many of you and so we are working as hard as we can to make sure that we can provide you with online resources. We have a dedicated Facebook page that you can all join in posting on as well as receive ideas and updates from us. This information can also be found on our Twitter and Instagram pages.
